Dear Omio Customer Service,
I am writing to report an urgent issue regarding an unauthorized purchase made on your website.
On November 2, 2024, someone used my credit card details to purchase an air ticket through Omio Berlin, Germany, without my consent. My bank has been unable to trace further details of this transaction, and as a result, I am incurring a loss of 920.
I am certain that my card has been cloned, and for this reason, I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter.
I would like to request the following:1.Provide me with all the details of the transaction (destination, passenger name, etc.).2.Conduct a thorough verification and, if possible, refund the amount deducted.

I want to cancel and request a refund for my Bodrum-Kos tickets with reservation numbers FH04EJ7200TH and FH14UQ5239VT. The consulate has stated that I cannot use these tickets for my visa application due to the absence of a barcode, which I informed Omio about my situation via Customer Services.
In the attached ticket confirmation email, you can see that the tickets are fully refundable.
However, there is no button to cancel and receive a refund via your application. I urgently request the cancellation of my ticket and a refund.

They are the worst. I booked my train for Nov 3, but it changed to Nov 2 before I pressed confirm.
However, I looked up later and I had been charged for a trip I never confirmed. I have tried to get in contact with Omio several times, but I have not received any help.
They don't even have a real phone number you can call. SCAM!

Paid two very expensive business trips with my own card, now my company wants a receipt to pay me them. THERE ARE NO SUMS MENTIONED IN THE TICKETS.
Omio app does not mention receipt anywhere! Automated Helpdesk says the booking number can not be found! No email address anywhere!
No phone number anywhere! Nothing works here!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Clarification as to what exactly was the mistake and misunderstanding. Thank you Omio for replying and pissed consumer for helping me get a reply as their direct customer support was not helpful at all.
This is not right as we have paid for 3 tickets and it confirmed 3 passengers too.
You have confused us and added stress at the last minute. Infact, when my husband and me both called the omio customer support, he was informed that there are only 2 tickets and I was informed that there are 3!
Due to this mishap, we had to quickly buy a ticket for my child at the last minute just before the train departed.
I would like a refund of the ticket amount charged to us on the earlier bookings for both overcharging us and not providing the ticket, not to mention the stress due to negligence from your end..

Never again.
They don't have customer service and when you find their email, they take too long to answer you. Now, I need the money from a delayed trip with Ouigo, but I cannot talk to Omio because they don't have any service.

I'm trying for 2 days already to cancel the tickets! The app doesn't let me cancel, and I have tried many times, so I wrote to them.
I am supposed to get 43.20 euro back. They wrote back to me saying that if I want, the can cancel and refund me 38.40.
For no reason, and they told me answer them if I want to cancel (which I already did ask a few times to do!) And also about the amount. And they did not reply, and I messaged them again and again.

I bought two round trip tickets from Vienna to Budapest, but the ticket only includes the return trip. There is a short summary of the outbound trip on the information page, but no ticket.
I have repeatedly conversed with your bot, but nothing useful has been done so far to solve my problem. The image below is the entirety of my outbound ticket; I don't think that'll work.

- Customer service seems to be totally non-existent

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. Omio apologised after 8-9 days and offered €8 discount on future bookings.
I didn't get to change the booking but they responded regarding the query I had. I don't think I'll use Omio again or recommend using Omio (or Rome2Rio) to anyone.
All I get is automated responses.
I've contacted them via X, Chat support, Instagram but to no avail. Avoid at all "costs"

- Terrible customer service more expensive than going directly via the transport company

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They asked for ticket confirmation and a photo of cut tickets … I sent what they asked and also my receipt for the new tickets a copy of the cancelled connecting trains… this then prompted the refund
Date of return travel 7/7 updated via omino app train cancelled no other info. Emailed company no answer.
Lner offered alternate train but all connecting trains cancelled. No other option to pay for alternative travel via another train service.
Omino have been fully updated and still 8 days no update no solution or disruption resolution at all. Customer service shocking

Verified ReviewerOmio needs to send me my $616.20 refund now!!! It's been over a month and a half.
I have patiently waited for my refund to be put back into my account. I have called Amtrak and emailed Omio multiple times over the last month to get my cancelled reservation refunded, as it was a fully refundable ticket.
I have not heard from them nor received my money back, and we are about to go into June. Someone needs to refund my money asap.
The reservation numbers are E12A0C and E12A0B. I called Amtrak again this morning and they said that I needed to contact SilverRail directly because the money was returned to your company's American Express card.

User's recommendation: Make sure you check when booking Amtrak tickets that you are actually on their site and when paying it's not going through a 3rd party.
