We purchased round-trip tickets that were not real. The first train existed, but we did not have seats.
The second train did not exist at all. We have been reaching out to customer service for 7 days with no response.
Since we bought our tickets months in advance, we can't dispute the charge. They succeeded in stealing our money!

We bought tickets to & from Paris next week, but never got confirmation or e-tickets to use with SNCF. Getting nervous, as we have a busy week.
We got no answer on phone (or indication of their hours) and no response after 24+ hours via email / website. Why did they screw up, and why can't we get this fixed??

Here is the email I sent to the company:
I attempted to buy a ticket for Friday, August 23, 2034, but as soon as I received the email confirmation, I noticed that the confirmed date was for the wrong day. It was for the day before my trip.
I immediately tried to contact you via telephone but was unable to reach anyone. I then tried to change the date to the correct one online but was informed that the ticket was non-refundable. I would like to change it to the 23rd and, if it can't be exchanged, then I would like to be issued a refund. A mistake noticed immediately upon confirmation should be corrected.
Even airlines have a 24-hour refund allowance. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I called the customer care number to update the situation and they talk very professionally. I sent them the details they asked me after the call. After that there is no mail or reply from them and no update about my refund.
How do I get the updates or I need to call them again and again to get the update. By reading all other reviews I am not sure how long it will take to process my refund.
I want to highlight this to senior management and trust you will honour this request.

Verified Reviewer |Omio website is a mess
My wife planned and purchased tickets from Omio. She did not pay for "cancellation rights".
They offer tickets for various modes of transportation.
However, the searched page will refresh often. She had originally selected ferry service. She had not noticed that after the refresh, ferry service changed to ground transportation. She clicked through and paid for the tickets, it even showed the map with the route going over water.
When we received a confirmation, I noticed no mention of ferry service but noticed it seemed like bus service.
I immediately sent an email to them asking if it was ferry or ground. They said ground.
I asked them to change it to ferry and this is where it all went downhill. We were told that we hadn't paid for that right to change. Why the heck do we have to pay for it anyway?
I had already explained that after the refresh, ferry trip must have changed to ground transport. I even mentioned the map which showed the trip over water.
Then came a delay in answering. Finally, we got a response asking questions that we already answered.
If you want to use a third party company to schedule your ride, I would suggest that you look somewhere else.
The fact that you have to pay for any changes wanted beforehand is ludicris. We knew that was exactly where and when we wanted to go so, we did not purchase any extras.
We had no idea that the refresh of their web page would screw up our original search.
Their web site is a mess and you will need to check and double-check everything if you use them. I don't think that we will get our money back by the tone of their email.
They are a German company and do not appear to care for the consumer.
Go elsewhere or directly to the transport companies.
BTW, they don't mention it but one needs to pay extra (at the port) for luggage. Also their prices seemed a bit higher than other companies.
User's recommendation: Check and recheck everything when using Omio. They are not consumer friendly.

Nothing but a run around from this company,service was cancelled and they refuse to refund.
trains were cancelled due to flooding in Vienna and we were told to contact westbahm, whuck we did and they sent response stating email could be used as confirmation for a refund. but omio refuses to refund
